This is the 3rd Mini Me I have built. This one is passing only clean signal when engaged. No chorus affect. Have adjusted the trimmer. Nothing. Here are the voltages on the ICs and a top board shot. Will get an underside shot shortly.

InactiveAnd…. I’m a dummy. I wired the LED to the wrong pads on the bi-colour LED part of the breakout board, so was adjusting the trimmer when the effect was bypassed, rather than active. All good now!
