Marsha Tone Debugging

Just finished building the Marsha Tone kit from PP&K and the status LED doesn’t turn on. Is this not the correct orientation of the leads?

Also noticed that when I touch a multimeter to what I believe is the ground (black wire) of the mode switch one of the led diodes lights up, why’s that? (See last pic)

Overall this thing sounds sick. So cool to tweak something by hand vs. using a mouse and tweaking VST params.

Any feedback on my solder joints / layout?

You need to connect two wires so there is power to the 3PDT Wiring Board.

Other than that it looks great.
