 I have a Mkc v4 kit that I cannot get to work. 
The LED lights up in green and red but no sound. 
I put the voltage of IC1 and IC2 in PJ. Thanks for you helpur h

Your blue O wire from the 3PDT is going to Jack Sleeve and not Tip. It needs to go to Tip. so switch the wires at the Jack.

I cannot see well enough to tell if you did the same on the In Jack.

With your IN jack insert a jack and trace the connections round to their solder lugs like this to make sure it’s connected correctly

If you’re not using a battery just leave the ring unconnected
