Good morning. I spent the past few hours on a Blues Buster w/ a Sonic Tonic spliced into the tone control of the former and a Fuzzstortion running into a Tone TwEQ.

The blues buster went off without a hitch and sounds absolutely wonderful. TheFuzzstortion on the other hand is not even powering on. The bypass signal works. As you can see from the photo below, I daisy chained the ground and 9V pads from the breakout board, to the Tone Tweq, to the Fuzzstortion, and then to the 2.1mm plug.

My next go to is to check the voltage with a DMM at the 9V pads and then maybe try to wire each 9V pad directly to the 2.1mm plug. Before I do I thought I might throw a photo up to see if anybody would know any other reasons why the unit might not power up.

Solved: One of the 9V pads that linked the Fuzzstortion to the Tone TwEQ was not getting power. The track to it may have been damaged; I was unable to tell. The other 9V pad was getting power. Simply creating a jumper with some solder solved the problem.
