Hot Fuzz – One Knob Fuzz + Sonic Tonic

so i had this 1950B enclosure and a couple of ideas before deciding to put this one together.  i wanted to try and use things i had on hand and went with the OKF + Sonic Tonic combo.  it is a very mean fuzz with a bit more tonal options than just the OKF by itself.  I have the fuzz going into the tone stack, and that seems to create some unique harmonics.  there is crazy clipping at the top of the volume knob.  one question, will adding resistance between the OKF and Sonic Tonic reduce the volume going into the tone stack?  i’d actually like to reduce the gain on the overall effect.

I would not have considered that but it seems like a great idea!

I would try reversing the order of effects to see how that reacts.
