Hey Folks-
Been meaning to try my hand at etching soem enclosures and finally got around to it … after buying a “cheap” laserjet printer and some laserjet photo paper …which is harder to find than I would have thought … watched some youtube videos and jumped in. I bought some drain cleaner at HomeDepot that had sodioum hydroxide in it as the main ingredient and it seams to work ok but I think in the future I will try to find something more pure or what the Europeans call “Caustic Soda”. Anyway working my way up the learning curve and created the following to house an EmXR build … simple build but it sounds great. I built this one to the DOD 250 specs because I have an MXR Distortion +. If it weren’t for building pedals I may not have survived the pandemic … 🙂 As always appreciate all the help everyone out ther has offered when I couldn’t get a circuit working. Take Care.
