    Howdy,

I am wanting to decrease the the overall range of speed (I may not have phrased that correctly). I am wondering if that would be achieved by increasing the values of C6,C7,C8?

    Really enjoying the builds!

    Thanks in advance.

Deciding to Frankenstein the build (why not, most of mine are anyway hah), I socketed the 3 spots for the caps and used some 2.2u WIMAs. It produces a frequency range closer to what I was looking for. I read that adding a 50k resistor between the board and leg 3 of the pot gives a “half-speed” mod, but haven’t tried it yet.

Still not happy with the speed pot though. It has a tiny usable range (with either set of caps). Changing the pot didn’t make a huge difference. What  values could be changed to “broaden it’s horizons”? Maybe R14 and/or R15?

    Thanks again

I just realized that adjusting R14 could yield same results as adding a resistor between lug 3 and board, correct?
