Is this the first finished Bonus Round build posted? Either way, this was a fun build.

Doesn’t quite clean up completely with the dirt knob all the way down, but that’s what the footswitch is for.

It is nicely responsive to guitar volume. Can go from some nice OD to full grit that way. Nice range of adjustment to play with and there’s just no way to make it sound actually bad.

Painting the enclosure tickled my dopamine production. Got to break out some techniques I haven’t used in a while.

For anyone else working on it, the drill template seems like it’s not quite right. It’s sized for a 1590b but my DC jack intercepted the PCB. May be different with different parts.
I moved it up to a 125B, moved the pots down to match the Nostalgitone spacing (center of top pot holes 20mm from top edge) and then moved the DC jack down to clear it. This left it kind of tight but pretty friendly.
Still had to go with side jacks. The layout’s not top-jack friendly, but aside from that still leaves a good bit of room for maneuvering the build in a 125B.
