Quick question I am wanting to add a blend knob to a tubescreamer like circuit so should be no phase issues. The PCB I have uses opto switching so I was wondering if I could use the Buff N Blend without the 3pdt, but I am not sure how the circuit works fully. What I was going to do was jumper 1 + 2 and 7 + 8 on the board. Appreciate the help.
Yes, that will place the effect circuit ON at all times.
Will the incoming signal be affected by the Buff N Blend even if the pedal is off? Sorry for the new responses I am going to test it out at some point just want to make sure I have my ducks lined up.
If you have defeated the bypass by jumpering 1,2 and 7,8, then the BNB MUST be powered to pass any signal.
