Aion FX Azimuth build

Hello,

Built a Aion FX Azimuth Overdrive….which is a take on the Zendrive.

The pedal has sound thru & sound when engaged….but no gain….turning the gain knob does nothing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I’m here to learn.

You probably have a bad solder joint somewhere on the board.  Try reflowing those connections.

Otherwise, we can’t provide more help on this forum since your board is not a GUITARPCB product.  Contact AION for more assistance.

Is there a volume increase when the gain pot is turned? If not, recheck that you’ve used the correct value pot and the pot is good as well.  I have an older version of this one and it doesn’t produce gain the way the GuitarPCB Zenith does (that LED in the gain stage does a lot).  My Azimuth does get a bit more hair when the gain is cranked and the volume turned down.

It would be nice if aion would provide support for their products.
