Hello! Is the Mini Me based off of or inspired my any specific circuit. I have been interested in a Small Clone for a while.

Is there any discernible difference in the 3007 vs the 3207?

Mini-Me is based on Small Clone.

    No difference between chips.

    Great thank you.

And is this the chip listed in the build docs?

Joe – yes. That is one of them. That’s the dual-opamp for the in/out portion of the circuit. The LM358 is for the oscillator section.

Thank you. I ordered the Mini Me board and the ICs. It will be my first GuitarPCB build! Also my first build that is a modulation pedal.

Now that I have received my Guitar PCB order and I am waiting for the parts from Tayda, I am thinking about a mix knob like Analogman offers. Would that be accomplished by the Buff N Blend mod board? It looks like that is the only blend board available?

The buff n blend would be an excellent way to do that however the phase will be Inverted so you will need to add a small single stage circuit like our Stage 3 Booster. Wire it in series with the Mini-Me before hooking it into the buff n  blend.

You could also build a Paramix in a separate enclosure and run any number of pedals through it and will give you many more options including phase correction.

Ooooh, the Paramix looks cool! Thank you.

Hi! Quick question about the Mini Me transistors. I have the 3 listed on the build docs. I’m assuming the pinout will be correct if I insert them to match the shape on the PCB corresponding to the shape of the transistors?

Joe – yes. Matching the silkscreen shapes on the PCB is how they were intended when using the same components in the BOM.
