For a long time I wanted to make a combo build with two D’lays and a Paramix. Playing with my one D’lay I decided it would be better to use a single Buff n’ Blend and use the Level controls as my mix controls for each delay. i decided to keep the blend pot of the Buff n’ Blend inside the enclosure as a bias pot set at 50%.

The result? A HUGE sounding, warm PT2399 delay that can achieve all sorts of wonderful textures. I hope you enjoy!

Interesting concept.  Any way you can do an audio demo of this?  My imagination comes up short on what this might sound like.

    Well Done!

People really need to catch on to running effects in parallel.

    There are so many advantages.

Namely not having one affect the other.

For dirt I can have 3 different guitar tones simultaneously. A wall of sound.

For delay the fact you can have two delays at the same time when one delay does not affect the other is awesome.

For example I could have a reverb like slap-back and a long guitar god solo delay simultaneously. One will not affect the other. This is all possible by either using the Buff N Blend like you did or by using the more versatile Paramix.

The possibilities are really endless. My secret weapon!

Thanks Barry! Chuck, I’ll see what I can do. I have a few guitars to work on and get out of my shop first.

Really cool concept, and perfect art choice.
