Big O
ParticipantI recently finished “The Hammer,” a Stage 3 Booster. It does provide quite a lot of increase in “loudness” of the guitar signal. It should pair well with the Distortion+ I built awhile ago and other similar Ge diode clipping pedals to increase the volume from those pedals. The only problem with the circuit as a standalone is that there is no power filtering. It is very noisy when powered by my 1-Spot, but quiet with a 9V battery. I plan to add some power filtering to this pedal when I commence a project on retrofitting power filtering on at least 5 of my previous projects that have none, but that is a few months in the future.

ModeratorLooks great
I particularly like the fact you haven’t obscured any of your labelling I don’t know why but for some reason it annoys me when there’s a knob or switch hiding parts of an enclosure image
It’s a great little circuit I’ve used a lot on older effects with low output volume like the electric mistress I usually stick one in series with the output to bring the volume up to unity I’ve never had any noise issues with any I’ve built
For retrofit filtering I place the filter caps directly onto the DC jack lugs I use the small micro miniature electros which are 5mm in height so much smaller

KeymasterNote: This is the first circuit I ever sold which has helped keep GuitarPCB afloat for all of these years.
Tonmann approved even, and I cannot believe that it is just a few months shy of 15 years ago.
I probably hand etched, drilled and cut 1,000 pieces of that circuit in the first two years.
As for power filtering it just never came up before, (except Wilkie once, also very recently) but in most cases using good pedal board power supply, or battery, I can assure you I have never experienced noise in the loudest of conditions. That said I can see scenarios where it could be a problem and it is obviously a super easy fix.
The NostalgiTone series will be doing a new revamped version of this great little boost soon enough and power filtering will be one of the many upgrades. I have some new projects just about ready for release first.
