Hey all – just finished building the Heritage. I’ve noticed on my build that the volume and gain don’t really start to engage until the pots are at around noon; after that the sweep is pretty quick. I just want to ensure that this is standard (I’m not familiar with the MXR circuit) and not an issue with my build.
Works totally fine otherwise, so I’m guessing it’s just the nature of the pedal.

With a Distortion+ it is very notable that you need to turn the Level and Distortion knobs up for unity or above levels.
Awesome; that makes total sense re: my results. Thanks for saving me from a futile troubleshooting exercise.
