Hello everyone,
Thank you for welcoming me to your forum, I would like to ask you a quick question about the Buff N Blend V1 rev2 that I built few years ago, I would like to know if any of you tried to put a spring tank reverb in the loop? And if so, what did it give? What technical characteristics should this spring tank have to fit with the buff n blend loop? I would love to buy or find one spring tank to try but I thought it would be a good idea to ask here if anyone else had already tried it! Thank you for your feedback and have a nice day.
YOYO, I haven’t tried it myself, but It would have to be a fully functional, stand alone spring reverb circuit. Capable of functioning either with or without the BnB. The BnB simply splits and balances. It wont drive a spring reverb tank. If that is what you mean then you would get what I think you are imagining: you could then mix any variable amount of dry and wet signal. If not you will first need to google making a spring reverb circuit first. Cheers
Thank you Playsforfun for answering so fast. I will make a try with some overdrive before and after the tank and if the result is poor DIY something or buy something to drive it. Thanks for your help, i will make you a return if i succeed in my research.
