These premium sets have been carefully collected to create the finest Russian Germanium transistor sets available.

Extremely limited – once they’re gone, that’s it.

These are the same transistors used in many current boutique fuzz builds by Dunlop, JHS, ZVEX, and others. The simple reason? They sound fantastic.

Each set will have hFE marked on the bags. I personally hand-sorted these for “Perfect Matches”.

All transistors are painstakingly tested for gain and leakage using a Pro Atlas DCA55 test unit and then marked and sorted.

You will receive the following set:

• Q1 will be MP21D (МП21Д) PNP: with hFE between (70-89) for the Q1 position. (see photo below for pinout)
• Q2 will be MP21D (МП21Д) PNP: with hFE between (90-110) for the Q2 position.

Disclosure: As with any transistor be 100% certain of the pin out before placing it in a circuit with power connected.
