    Hello 🙂

I ‘ve got the following problem with the EA kit (bought in Germany). Hope you can help.

In the documentation R12 are listed as 1,8k with a star. I can, t find the explanation for the star ( wiring v 3 with killswitch). My kit only contains one 1,8 k and a 6,8 k resistor for the spots. As long as I understand the scematics, the resistors are for the LEDs.

Could you tell me where to use the two different resistors?

    Thank you very much 🙂

    Sebastian

Yes, R12 and R16 are for the LEDs. They are CLRs (Current Limiting Resistors) for the LEDs. Any resistance value between 1K8 and 6K8 will work and still light the LEDs. The lower the resistance value, the brighter the LED. The higher the resistance, the dimmer the LED.

The 6k8 should go to R12. The 1k8 should go to R16 I apologize for the error I made when transferring files from the old site to the new site. I grabbed the wrong document in this case. Thanks for bringing it up and pointing it out.
