Good evening all. I’m wrapping up my Add-Verb and for C2 it calls for a 50p, but I have a 51p. Will that make a huge difference? I can’t imagine such a small value being so critical, but once I put the brick in there’s no going back.

    Thanks!

I used a 51p in my Add-Verb build and it was fine.  I believe the tolerance for those are from 10% to 20% so you should be good to go.  And as with all we find at GPCB, Add-Verb is a fantastic pedal!

Matt – I echo Syphonear’s comments. The tolerance there is not critical. I didn’t have a 50pF or a 51pF for mine, but I did have a 68pF and it worked fine. That particular cap prevents hi-freq feedback runaway. Good luck with build.
